Delete your MarketEd account

MarketEd is an app made by Flaronix. You can delete your account and its data at any time. Here's how.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open MarketEd and go to Profile.
2. Tap “Delete account”.
3. Read the warning, enter your password, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

1. Email us from the email address on your MarketEd account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my MarketEd account” and include your username.
3. We check that the request came from the account's owner, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account, username, email address, password, balance, holdings, trades, league teams, draft picks, Bottom Call guesses, Clout and settings are permanently deleted.

What may be kept

• Backup copies may remain for a short time before they are overwritten.
• If someone reported one of your chat messages, we keep a copy of that message and your username for as long as needed for safety.
• We may keep limited records if the law requires it or to deal with abuse or disputes.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Cancel it in your iPhone's or Android phone's subscription settings.
